I opened up Netflix to watch a show that I downloaded, and it immediately skipped straight to the end. I tried to watch the non-downloaded version and the same thing happened. I even deleted the app and redownloaded it, but still no luck. I then unplugged my headphones and the show played just fine. I then tried to plug in my headphones while the show was playing, but the same thing happened. I contacted Netflix support, and they believe it’s a problem with my headset. Has anyone else experienced this issue before? If you have, what did you do to resolve it?
